2. How do we see color?
3.How do our eyes take in light?
Research notes:
-"The light of the sun or whatever bounces off the object and we only observe reflected colors" says Newton. http://www.pantone.com/pages/pantone/Pantone.aspx?pg=19357&ca=29
I found out that our eyes take in lots of light of the reflection to give us a clear view.
Our eyes take in light and light goes into them.
-The brain is a big role in seeing color or anything at all.
-If your visual cortex is damged it could prevent you from ever seeing again!
-The retina converts light rays into electrical signals. http://www.99main.com/~charlief/Blindness.htm
-It is responsible for the most of sight.
My Research Journal:
In my research I found out that there are so many hard words! I am having trouble getting information from this site but, it gives tons of information!http://www.hhmi.org/senses/b110.html
My information is slowly coming and I am afraid I will be late on the due date. http://www.pantone.com/pages/pantone/Pantone.aspx?pg=19357&ca=29 This site was more helpful.
I think the subject I chose was to difficult to do and that next time I should do research before choosing my topic.
Day 2
I realized I already answer my main question.
What I knew: I knew that our eyes use light but how? I knew that the part retina existed but, I did not know what it did.
What I learned:I learned that the retina take in light and converts them into electrical signals wich are sent to the brain and then sorted there!
The visual cortex is very important to your life. Any damage could prevent you from ever seeing again. When the light bounces off of a object the retina takes in that light and
provides color! The retina is located at the back of your eye where the cortex is nearby.
My sites: Are above in the upper notes. I am unable to copy and paste.
Brains:The brain has a big part in seeing color at all. The brain is what makes you hear see and feel!It decides from the info what the color is!
The retina: The front Eye The retina The back
Final journal: I found this to easy to answer and I answered my main question right away!
I am happy that I finished and I was able to complete a written report and make a glog!
The reson I asked this question is because I was curious. Half way through I got extremly bored!
EYE SIGHT

My Question:
Why do human beings see in color?
My Smaller Questions:
1.How do we see?
2. How do we see color?3.How do our eyes take in light?
